TRANSLATOR - SPANISH (POST REF: 1) We are seeking to appoint two Junior Translators, one for Spanish and one for French, to work in the Translation Unit. Your main role will be to provide translation and administrative support for the Unit. Your duties will include translating, liaising with external translators and proofreaders, inserting and checking amendments to translations, maintaining multilingual glossaries and other duties as requested by the Translation Unit Managers. You will be a native speaker of French or Spanish and will have experience or a qualification in translation. You will have a meticulous approach to your work and you will be computer literate. We particularly welcome applicants with a knowledge of Latin American Spanish/Canadian French. A command of French/Spanish as a third language would also be an advantage.
